Shipping Policy

We ship orders to both domestic and international locations.

Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they’re received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Once a package is handed to the carrier, the delivery status is completely in their hands.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Make sure the address you provide is accurate. If the order is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to reship. No refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows the package was delivered, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or missing deliveries. Contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.

International Orders
We ship worldwide. Shipping fees do not include any customs, duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are set by your country and are 100% the buyer’s responsibility. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, shipping costs are not refunded.
